We offer three in-depth pest control services each year, scheduled for Spring, Summer, and Fall. If any pest problems occur during the Winter, we are readily available to assist as needed.

WHAT WE DO?

Initial Comprehensive Service

Our initial service offers a thorough, wall-to-wall, attic-to-basement treatment, known as a cleanout. We treat all present or hidden insects, arachnids, and rodents, applying long-lasting residuals to address any pests that may have evaded initial treatment. Approximately 80% of pests that enter a home hide and breed in the attic. To combat this, we perform a full dusting in the attic*, which, if left undisturbed, remains effective for up to ten years. The same treatment is applied to crawl spaces and some unfinished basements. We thoroughly treat all interior areas, including bedrooms, kitchens, family and dining rooms, bathrooms, and enclosed decks. Additionally, we utilize monitoring devices to keep track of pest activity between services.

Outdoor Treatment

After addressing indoor concerns, we focus on the exterior of your home. We conduct a comprehensive evaluation during each visit, considering factors such as the structure's layout, the home's condition, climate, and regional pest pressures. We use pest-specific products proactively and reactively, ensuring effective treatment for various pests like ants, wasps, hornets, boxelder bugs, spiders, beetles and more. Our approach is meticulous, ensuring thorough and effective treatment.

Follow-Up Services

Following the initial service, the next two services will focus on both the exterior and interior. We continue to use pest-specific products proactively and reactively to maintain a pest-free environment. After each visit, we provide a comprehensive report detailing the treatments performed. We never apply exterior products when it is raining or when rain is forecasted unless they are moisture activated products. If weather conditions prevent service, we will reschedule and notify you of the new service date.

Service Duration

Quality pest control requires adequate time. Expect the first service to take up to two hours, depending on the size, condition, and current pest issues of your home. Subsequent services will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, based on similar factors. We ensure thoroughness, dedicating the necessary time to complete each service properly.

Cost

Pest control costs vary based on several factors. We offer a free, no-pressure consultation at your home, providing a written cost estimate and details of the services we will perform. Phone quotes can be very mis-leading, so we don't provide them. We offer agreements, not contracts. Please read them thoroughly, front and back, so you are informed.
