HERE IS HOW IT ALL COMES TOGETHER

WHAT WE DO?

FIRST SERVICE

The first service is very comprehensive in scope.  The interior is done wall to wall, attic to basement.  This is termed a cleanout.  Any insect, arachnid, or rodent that is present or in hiding is flushed out and eliminated.  Long lasting residuals remain to deal with the fish that got away.  80% of most pests that enter a home, hide and breed in your attic.  A full electro magnetic dusting is applied.  If left undisturbed, this low toxic product (To us) will remain up to ten years.  The same is applied to crawl spaces and some unfinished basements.  Bedrooms, kitchens, family & dining rooms, bathrooms, enclosed decks on the interior are thoroughly treated.  Monitors are also used to keep an eye on things inbetween services.  Once completed, your interior pest issues are no more.

Next, we head outdoors.  This is where the real magic happens.  All pests start outdoors.  We do a complete evaluation each vist to determine pest possiblilites based on the exterior layout of the structure, condition of the home, climate and other factors like information from the Dept of Agriculture as to insect pressures in our area.  Now we go to work.  We do not use one size fits all products.  Sure, we can save money doing so, but you will never get the outstanding results that we offer.  Rather we use pest specific products proactively and reactivly.  For example, ants require certain products to eliminate them as do wasps, hornets, boxelder bugs, spiders, bettles, etc.  We take our time and do it right the first time.

FOLLOWING SERVICES QUARTERLY

Now that your home is pest free, The next three quarterly services will be the exterior only. (of course, unless you need us)  Again, treating proactivly and reactivly with pest specific products to keep them out once and for all.  No need to take time away from your busy day to be there.  We have you covered.  No scheduling or rescheduling neccessary.  When we are done, we will leave you a comprehensive report of exactly what was done and your always welcome to call with questions.  We will simply contact you, let you know when we are coming so your aware and take it from there.  Big plus here.  We NEVER apply exterior products when it is raining or forcasting rain.  If the weather does not allow for service, we will contact you with a new service date.

EXPECTATIONS

You simply can not do pest control in 20 to 30 minutes.  It is impossible to do quality work in such a short period.  Therefore, expect us to be at your home for up to two hours your first service.  Depending on the size, condition and any current pest problems it could more more or less.  Following services will be approximatly 45 minutes to an hour again based on previous criteria.  When were done, were done and not before.

COST

When it comes to cost, as mentioned above, there are many varying factors that determine this.  However, I can honestly say there are substantial savings compared to a typical interior/exterior service, and with convienence and better results.  We do a free, no pressure consultation at your home, give you a written cost and details of what we will be doing and leave you to decide if Focus Pest Control is right for you.
